How to Make Custom Text Using GIMPGIMP is a free, open source graphics editing software that makes it very easy to edit images. You can resize and modify the image of your choice using GIMP and create custom text to display your image. All you need is a little knowledge about manipulating images with GIMP and a computer.Here's a simple example to explain how to use GIMP. Suppose that you want to add some text to an image. You select the background of the image you want to edit and copy/paste it into GIMP. Next, you should use the 'Image > Mask' tool to shape the text. In order to make sure that you get a custom text with perfect shape and size, you can resize the mask and adjust its position by dragging it.For this step, you will have to be patient as you need to go through the process to change the appearance of the text so that you can place the text over any portion of the image. As you resize the mask, you can also drag the mask's corners or edit its background color or transpare ncy.In order to create custom shapes, you can use the command 'Open Layer > Image > Shapes' to open the layer's properties. You can view the preview of the text before saving the image. Once you are done changing the appearance of the text, you can remove the 'Image > Mask' tool and the mask from the 'Image' tab.Now that you have created the shape of the text, you can use the 'Image > Fill' tool to customize the shape of the text. You can then save the image and you can either change the text by just pressing its 'Shift+Ctrl+C' key combination or using its 'Shift+Ctrl+Z' keyboard shortcut. You can also copy the image and paste it in your favorite software for further customization. You can do all these steps by clicking the 'Edit' button.If you would like to change the font of the text, you can use the same technique to modify the font of the image as well. You can also use the 'Text > Font' command to choose a font. Use the 'Text' button to change the font, and select it by pressin g the 'Fn+F'Fn+V' keys.You can use the 'Text > Font' command to edit the font of the text. Select the font of your choice and set the size of the font. Change the font's style, color and font family before saving the image.To change the text to another shape, you can do it by clicking the 'Text' tab, choosing the shape from the drop-down menu and pressing the 'Shift+Ctrl+C'Shift+Ctrl+Z' keys. To add an image to the text, you can use the same method as to change the shape of the text.
